A reader writes:  My friend was hit by a car at Topanga & Viewridge over the weekend and is in the ICU.  It was a hit-n-run and the only clue is a broken headlight from a Land Rover.  Can you please spread the news by posting an article on Streetsblog?  Also, my friend’s family would like his identity to remain private. The crash occurred around noon on Saturday, September 1.
