Last week I attended the National Women’s Bike Summit, where speaker Cathy DeLuca shared her research on women’s participation in the political processes that impact how bikable our neighborhoods and cities are.  She found that there seems to be a female ceiling at around 25% - including female representatives in the Senate as well as in Bicycle Advisory Committees in California. - Kristin Eberhard Read the rest of the post at NRDC’s Switchboard.
